They arrived on time and packed everything very carefully, from perfume bottles to each plate and bowl. They wrapped my air purifier and TV thoroughly with 3-4 layers of bubble wrap and cardboard. The items arrived in Da Nang next day. I was truly surprised as everything was transported safely, with no breakage, and very quickly. The staff were enthusiastic. One bag was chewed through by a mouse and apparently it’s because I should’ve told them I was planning to have it stored long term and then they would’ve kept it in a safer spot on the second floor. I thought I did tell them, but anyway the bag wasn’t good and I don’t think they mouse did any damage. The fact that they could store all my boxes of stuff for 80k a day was a great deal.
