They arrived on time and packed everything very carefully, from perfume bottles to each plate and bowl. They wrapped my air purifier and TV thoroughly with 3-4 layers of bubble wrap and cardboard. The items arrived in Da Nang next day. I was truly surprised as everything was transported safely, with no breakage, and very quickly. The staff were enthusiastic. His estimate for my number of boxes required for my packing is extremely and amazingly accurate. The cartons were sent to me very promptly and the delivery man had very good attitude as well. The team of movers were excellent. They all had very positive attitude throughout the whole moving process. No matter how heavy are the items or tired the movers may be, Quyet, Chien, Thanh are always ready with a smile. It is amazing their camaraderie. Good price too and they even can store your stuff if you happen to not know your new home yet. Edit: stuff arrived safe and sound. One bag was chewed through by a mouse and apparently it’s because I should’ve told them I was planning to have it stored long term and then they would’ve kept it in a safer spot on the second floor. I thought I did tell them, but anyway the bag wasn’t good and I don’t think they mouse did any damage. The fact that they could store all my boxes of stuff for 80k a day was a great deal.
